Training with Rick got me in the best shape ever. I lost about 15 lbs and gained so much strength and muscle under his instruction. His fitness plan was well thought out and tailored to fit my goals and modified as needed based on progress. His facility has excellent equipment for a great workout that suits any fitness level. Rick was great a coaching and pushing me to stick to my plan and give that extra effort that helps you see the results you want. He held me accountable and made sure I understood the choices I made with both my fitness and nutrition. Because of his coaching – I was able too obtain my goal weight and body fat percentage and see an increase in both my endurance and strength. I highly recommend his services.
